President Trump has been under constant fire from the Democrats since he first announced he was going to run for president. Since being elected, it has only gotten worse.
Many people have come out to defend the president. Floyd Mayweather brought up a valid point during a recent interview. You can see a clip from the interview here, but be cautious, there is nasty language in the video that we do not condone. The one important takeaway from Mayweather’s interview was when he said, “You never heard anything about Donald Trump being racist until he ran for president and won.”
This is a very valid point. We never heard talk about President Trump being a racist, bigot, “literally Hitler,” or anything like that when he was on WWE and The Apprentice.
Democrats have never tried to justify what exactly they were trying to say. Either they believe that the president has been a racist and bigot his whole life and just now said something, in which case, why would they wait until he ran for office to care?
The other option is they think that he suddenly picked up racist behavior when he is in his 70’s and was not a racist before. Both of these options are illogical, and the only conclusion that can be drawn is that Left is simply making this narrative up because their candidate didn’t win, which seems more likely.
Mayweather also suggested that, maybe, people do not like Trump because “people don’t like the truth.” This could be another reason for the Left’s constant attacks on the President.
For example, look at the scenario with North Korea. We are currently in a position where action from the military might be necessary. Former President Obama would mislead people, and would not toughen up when necessary.
President Trump, on the other hand, came out and said that Kim’s behavior is not going to fly. He threatened to bring down “fire and fury” on North Korea for threatening to attack us — something Obama would have never done.
If you look at President Trump’s track record, he has done a lot for all races since becoming president. In fact, he even issued an executive order called the “Presidential Executive Order on The White House Initiative to Promote Excellence and Innovation at Historically Black Colleges and Universities.”
Floyd Mayweather noted that no one accused Trump of being a racist until he got elected. Is Trump a racist?
The purpose of this order is to build better, more productive colleges for black students. Furthermore, it is meant to expand on the colleges that already exist. This does not seem like something that a racist bigot president would do.
Even Jesse Jackson said that President Trump has been helping African-American communities for years. Keep in mind, this was said back in the 1990’s. Now, he is on the bandwagon that Trump is a racist despite his previous statement.
It is undeniable that the President has never done or said anything inherently racist. The next time you hear a Democrat call the president a racist, ask them for an example. Ten times out of ten you will leave them fumbling for their words as reality hits, but even then, they will likely still never admit that they are wrong. However, you can bask in presenting a factual argument that cannot be rebutted.
