URGENT: Travel Advisory In Effect For Conservatives In These Areas

On August 7th, the Second Amendment Foundation put out a stern travel advisory warning to Conservatives in the United States. It turns out that the threat is real, and we need to carefully watch how this terse situation progresses from here.

According to San Diego Tribune, the travel advisory covers the entire state of California. The warning was put in place when the vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) noted that people in California no longer care about the constitution or our laws, as enforced by the Supreme Court. The advisory clearly states that you should not go to California unless you’re willing to disarm, or risk going to prison.

They state that “If you are licensed to carry in your home state, that license is not recognized in California. It doesn’t matter how many background checks you’ve gone through or whether you took a gun safety course.”

In fact, the only conceal agreement they recognize is the one in their state. The problem is getting a conceal permit in California is almost impossible, so it is a lose-lose situation.

Out of the entire population of California, less than 100,000 have the mythical license. They do not want people to be able to defend themselves should something go wrong, that seems clear. Their mantra seems to be that “guns kill,” and if you want a gun, they think you probably want to kill innocent people, even though that is hardly the case for protection.

The state with the strictest gun laws is only getting stricter. Democratic Governor, Jerry Brown, signed six bills that should be a cause for alarm to gun owners in California, and people traveling from out of state.

One of the bills makes it so that gun owners have to give up any magazine that they have if it holds more than ten bullets. Regardless of where you are from, this is a slap in the face to the freedom guaranteed to every single one of us.

Another bill that was put forward makes it so that if you want to purchase ammunition, you have to pass a separate background check. Logically speaking, if you passed your background check for your gun, an extra check for ammunition seems like a waste of time and much-needed money in California.

There are people speaking out against the insane measures being taken to stop people from owning guns in California, whether they are residents or just visiting. The executive director from Gun Owners of California spoke out recently on the issue.

The director, Sam Paredes, had this to say, “Independence and freedom and liberty in California has been chopped down at the knees and kicked between the legs.” The statement is spot on, and gun owners across the state are furious.

It seems that California’s erratic behavior is due, at least in part, to the gridlock on a federal level with gun control. Democrats feel as if everyone should get rid of their guns for “safety,” while Republicans know better.

There is no indication that these laws in California are going to loosen up anytime soon. This travel advisory is in place, and there is no telling when people will be able to freely express their second amendment rights in the Golden State again.
