NFL Star Identifies ‘Ultimate Form Of Racism,’ And People Kneeling For Anthem Won’t Like It

The NFL is becoming the center of discussion in the realm of race relations, with some football players following Colin Kaepernick’s lead to protest the national anthem and others expressing their support for America and its flag.

Now, a prominent football player has a surprising response to the instances of kneeling during the “Star Spangled Banner.” As seen at Live Action, Benjamin Watson of the Baltimore Ravens argues that abortion is the leading cause of death among African Americans and the ultimate form of racism.

Watson is a 36-year-old tight end for the Baltimore Ravens who has been surprisingly vocal with his conservative political views. He is married, the father of five children, and is now tackling the controversial issue of abortion as it relates to the black community.

For Watson, a born-again Christian, abortion is inherently wrong because it violates an unborn child’s right to life–a right that is God-given. In Watson’s view, life begins prior to birth and should be respected at all stages.

“If you are someone who cares about life, period, then you have to care about it from conception all the way up to death,” Watson says. The football star dismisses the argument that the unborn have no rights simply because they are unable to live independently of the womb.

“To me, being pro-life means that you hold all life very dear and you understand that all life was created by God and that because of that, life has internal, intrinsic value, whether it’s capable of living on its own at that point or whether it is capable of living on its own at the end of its life,” Watson states.

Watson is especially critical of Planned Parenthood. As Breitbart notes, the nationwide abortion provider has come under fire after the discovery that it has been discreetly selling the dismembered parts of aborted children.

However, Watson asserts that the sale of body parts is not the biggest problem. He points out that the real issue is the legal practice which allows the killing of innocent children inside the womb.

According to Lifezette, the Ravens tight end attacked Planned Parenthood for its racist history and goals. “I do know that blacks kind of represent a large portion of the abortions, and I do know that honestly, the whole idea with Planned Parenthood and Sanger in the past was to exterminate blacks,” Watson proclaims. “And it’s kind of ironic that it’s working.”

As Life Site News reports, abortions disproportionately hurt the black community. Although African Americans make up a little over 12 percent of the US population, they make up 35 percent of aborted children. This is in line with Margaret Sanger’s aims. According to The Daily Caller, Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger was a racist and a eugenicist who wanted to limit the growth of the black population.

Abortion was part of Sanger’s “Negro Project” for reducing African American numbers. Sex “education” and birth control were also key components of Sanger’s strategy. Watson says that Planned Parenthood is now fulfilling exactly what Sanger envisioned. On Facebook, he posted:

“Abortion is the leading cause of death among black Americans and the ultimate form of racism, yet it is rarely a part of the national conversation on racism.

“If we are to honestly and openly address racial injustice, then we must speak out against the abortion industry that is targeting our black and minority neighborhoods.”
