WATCH: Lou Dobbs Issues Urgent Warning About Russia Uranium Deal

It seems as if the real Russiagate story isn’t about President Donald Trump at all — it’s about Hillary Clinton and the Obama Administration.

Amid reports of the Obama Administration’s uranium deal with Russia, Fox Business News host Lou Dobbs had a dire warning for those involved. “These questions, most basic and fundamental, were armed by the very committee made up of the very agencies, departments, and individuals responsible for national security. This, this is the biggest Obama scandal,” he said in an interview with Breitbart Senior Editor At Large, Peter Schweitzer. “I think it may well turn out to be the biggest scandal in American political history.

Dobbs also questioned why the United States would be willing to give up 20% of its uranium to one of our oldest adversaries. Dobbs said, “There is no clear statement as to why we would give up, for any reason, any price, 20% of our uranium in this country. And that is a question that is left open, still unanswered,” he said.

He also brought up the fact that Russia gave a large sum of money to the Clinton Foundation, stating, “Have you ever heard of anyone putting $145 million, at one moment, into the hands of the Clinton foundation? And the answer is, of course not.”

The establishment media has been promoting their Trump/Russia collusion narrative ever since the president was first elected — and now it seems to be backfiring. If the allegations are true, it wasn’t Trump who had illicit dealings with the Kremlin, it was former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The Hill reports that Clinton facilitated a deal in which a Russian-controlled company would obtain 20% of the United States’ uranium. According to The New York Times, the deal coincided with a large flow of cash from Russia to the Clinton Foundation. They report that, on three separate transactions, which took place between 2009 and 2013, money was transferred to the organization. The transactions amounted to $2.35 million — and were not disclosed publicly by the Clintons.

Before the Obama administration approved the uranium deal, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) obtained evidence that Russian nuclear officials were engaged in illegal behavior, including bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money laundering. These activities were intended to build Russian President Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business in the US.

A confidential US witness working with the FBI gathered financial records, secret recordings, and intercepted emails that indicated that the Kremlin compromised an American uranium trucking company using bribes and kickbacks. These activities violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. They were approved by high-level officials in the Russian government.

Instead of bringing charges in 2010, Obama’s Justice Department continued to investigate the allegations for about four more years — without letting the American public know about Russia’s actions.

True to form, the media will either attempt to bury the story, or give it a spin favorable to the Obama administration. Or, they might attempt to distract from the news by continuing to fixate on a phone call between President Trump and a war widow.

As more information emerges, the left will have to come to terms with the fact that President Obama wasn’t the saint they made him out to be. For Hillary Clinton, it will be yet another scandal that makes the Clintons less relevant than they already are.
