WATCH: Judge Nap Drops Horrific Bombshell On Hillary

Long after the end of the Congressional probes and FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server during her tenure as US Secretary of State, the release of new documents is once again bringing into question her State Department’s handling of classified information.

As seen at Fox News, Judge Andrew Napolitano said the Department of Justice should open an investigation into the discovery of 2,800 government documents on the personal computer of former Congressman Anthony Weiner, the husband of close Clinton aide Huma Abedin. Napolitano argues the Justice Department should “[g]o where the evidence takes them. The evidence will take them to an indictment.”

The revelation came as a result of a lawsuit filed by the watchdog group Judicial Watch against the State Department over its failure to cooperate with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request asking for communications to and from Huma Abedin.

The original FOIA petition by Judicial Watch sought “All emails of official State Department business received or sent by former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin from January 1, 2009, through February 1, 2013, using a non-‘’ email address.”

According to the State Department’s court filing, “The State Department has identified approximately 2,800 work-related documents among the documents provided by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.”

These documents were given to the State Department by the FBI, which obtained them from Democrat and former-US Rep. Anthony Weiner’s laptop during the investigation into his sexual online correspondence with an underage girl, to which Weiner pled guilty, and for which he will serve a 21-month prison sentence, as reported by Christian News Alerts.

Abedin sent the emails to Weiner’s computer during her time as Deputy Chief of Staff in the Hillary Clinton State Department. The government suggests some of the material may be “duplicative” of other records, but is nonetheless performing a complete review, which it expects to finish by December 31, 2017.

Judge Napolitano criticized Abedin and Clinton over the discovery. “This, yet again, shows the culture in the Hillary Clinton State Department of a cavalier attitude about the handling of government secrets.”

Napolitano also rebuked the FBI, saying this news “also shows the FBI awareness of it.” He went on to argue the Justice Department would be better able to handle an investigation of the Clinton State Department than the FBI. “[The Justice Department is] not bound by the ill-advised, politically-motivated decision that James Comey made in July 2016 not to seek her indictment.”

Napolitano stated: “I’m not saying [Clinton should] be indicted. Go where the evidence takes them. The evidence will take them to an indictment.” He also suggested, “Huma will be a witness against her.” As Christian News Alerts reported, Napolitano’s remarks come in light of information suggesting former FBI Director James Comey drafted an exoneration of Clinton before even speaking with her.

Judge Napolitano believes the documents on Anthony Weiner’s computer should be investigated. Do you agree?

The news has even led attorney Ty Clevenger to file a grievance in New York, that could result in Comey being disbarred in that state, where he is licensed.

President Trump said of Clinton and Comey on Twitter: “As it has turned out, James Comey lied and leaked and totally protected Hillary Clinton. He was the best thing that ever happened to her!”

These latest developments show the consistency of corruption surrounding Hillary Clinton, and further demonstrate the shortcomings that caused her to lose the election.
