Hitler Survivor Has Just 7 Words For Liberals Equating Trump To Nazi Leader

Liberals have been equating President Trump with Adolf Hitler since before he assumed the presidency. Fueled by the mainstream media’s biased depiction of him as a boisterous, bumbling tyrant who is allegedly destroying our nation, many on the Left have found themselves convinced that Trump is the political successor to the long deceased German Chancellor of the Third Reich.

Unfortunately for them, a little discernment goes a long way – especially when it comes to filtering what is heard from news outlets. One woman who grew up in Nazi Germany was interviewed by the Independent Journal Review, and her comments are just what liberals didn’t want to hear. “What reminds me more of Hitler than anything else isn’t Trump, it’s the destruction of freedom of speech on the college campuses – the agendas fueled by the professors.”

Marion Ingeborg Andrews, born in 1940 in Dusseldorf, Germany, recalls hiding in air raid shelters and cleaning up rubble from destroyed buildings – a childhood that no one deserves to experience.

However, even more frightful than her experience surviving in war-torn Germany is a similar trend she has been noticing in the youth of today right here in the United States. “What is going on in this country is giving me chills. Trump is not like Hitler. Just because a leader wants order doesn’t mean they’re like a dictator.”

“What reminds me more of Hitler than anything else isn’t Trump, it’s the destruction of freedom of speech on the college campuses – the agendas fueled by the professors,” she said. “That’s how Hitler started, he pulled in the youth to miseducate them, to brainwash them; it’s happening today.”

Among other things, Andrews lamented the state of our colleges. “It saddens me that we are teaching garbage in the schools and in the college. We don’t teach history anymore. History repeats itself over and over.”

“Trump is not like Hitler. The theory that he is is propaganda…I see what is happening here reflecting some of the things we saw in Germany, and it’s terrifying. It’s sad. But it’s not because of Trump. It’s because of poor education,” she said.

Her comments should be noted by every liberal who feels this way. Some left-wing activist groups such as Antifa (short for anti-fascist), are some of the most vocal proponents of this “Trump-is-the-new-Hitler” narrative. Ironically, these anti-fascists have no problem resorting to violence, rioting, and chaos to disrupt events that they disagree with – such as the infamous Berkeley riot. This tactic is reminiscent of Hitler’s “Brown Shirts,” who also resorted to violence and intimidation to silence their political adversaries.

In truth, it’s not those on the Right who are Nazis, but those on the Left who are neo-Nazis. Andrews says professors are much to blame for this, as they have created an environment where it’s acceptable for them to push their views onto their students.

The political Left in our country, along with their supporting activists, have made common the narrative that President Trump is a fascist; that he is a tyrant in the vein of Adolf Hitler. Are our colleges and leftist political leaders responsible for the genesis of this false narrative?

“Professors shouldn’t be telling their students to go after freedom of speech. They should be telling them that this is the greatest country in the world. If people aren’t able to see outside of one world view…they buy the propaganda. And that’s what is happening today. And if people aren’t educated properly and given the ability to think freely – we will repeat that history,” Andrews remarked.

It will be difficult to get leftists to snap out of this media-fueled, anti-Trump daze they are living in, but doing so is all the more important for the future of this country.
