Despite the lack of evidence, Hillary Clinton and the Democrats cannot stop accusing President Trump and his campaign team of “colluding” with Russia. In an ironic twist, however, it appears that we should be far more concerned about Democrats’ dealings with foreign governments.
According to a recently released Wikileaks document, Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta, held an undisclosed, private meeting with a Chinese government official. (via Gateway Pundit)
Conservative talk show host, Sean Hannity, was first to bring the meeting to light, tweeting out a leaked document that shows Chinese Ambassador Cui setting up a private, off the record meeting with Hillary’s campaigns manager John Podesta.
“Guys – Chinese Ambassador Cui invited me over to the residence Tuesday for a coffee and to make a request. He wants to have an informal, private, off the record get together with a few of us to discuss the next year and the current state of US-China affairs. He asked me to host a social meal at my house in the next month. He was fairly insistent and indicated that he wanted to pass along some perspectives.” (via Wikileaks)
Last year, there were reports that a Clinton Foundation donor’s financial activity was suspicious enough for the FBI and the Justice Department to meet earlier in the year to consider an investigation into the charity. After some research, there seems to be a legitimate possibility that the source of the suspicious funding is a Chinese billionaire who gave the Clinton Foundation $2 million. His name is Wang Wenliang, and he was a former high-level official in the Chinese parliament. (via Daily Caller)
However, an investigation did not go forward, and while there were many in the FBI and Justice Department who felt the donation needed to be investigated, there were other people within the departments that seemed to be protecting Clinton for political reasons. Ultimately, no investigation took place.
The involvement of this Chinese billionaire goes deeper, as he has been funding Democratic interests for a while. Funds have gone to the former head of the DNC and long-time Clinton friend, Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, who fell under federal investigation for campaign contributions for taking $120,000 from Wang Wenliang himself. (via CNN)
McAuliffe denied ever meeting with Wang, but retracted his statements as videos surfaced of him interacting with the Chinese billionaire. (via Daily Caller)

In fact, Chinese relations with the Clintons can be traced all the way back to 1996. A 37-page report from the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Reform reveals that Bill Clinton in his 1996 re-election campaign received millions of dollars from illegal contributions from wealthy Chinese donors, which was funneled through the Democratic National Committee.
It’s interesting that these revelations come right at the time Donald Trump Jr. has been coming under fire for a meeting he had with a Russian lawyer who had no connection with the Kremlin. The Democrats and their allies in the media are desperate to try and find anything related to Russia, but do not realize that they’re just grasping for straws at this point.
With evidence of a genuine collusion coming out, it would be unsurprising if this information remains unpublished by the mainstream media.
