REPORT: Bill Clinton Has Shocking Response to Hillary’s New Book

Losing the 2016 Presidential election appears to have put a strain on Bill and Hillary Clinton’s already rocky relationship.

Two-time failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is touring North America to promote her new book What Happened.  While copies of What Happened will soon be filling the Barnes and Nobles bargain bin, the original manuscript once occupied a garbage bin. According to presidential biographer Edward Klein, former President Bill Clinton threw his wife’s memoir in the trash after reading it for the first time, reports The Daily Wire.

What Happened is a blame-game tour de force. Written by a presidential candidate who never learned how to take responsibility, Hillary Clinton finds fault in everybody but herself.

Refusing to engage in some much needed soul-searching after her historic election loss, Hillary Clinton has blamed everyone under the sun for her loss, including: Bernie Sanders, fake online trolls, Julian Assange, Vladimir Putin, the FBI, Facebook, Twitter, sexism, ageism, xenophobia, white women, married women, the electoral college, the Democratic National Committee, Joe Biden, Anthony Weiner, former President Barack Obama, and even the mainstream media for not being sycophantic enough!

Suspiciously missing from the list? Hillary Clinton.

Supposedly, this was Bill Clinton’s reaction when he first read a manuscript of What Happened. Bill apparently pleaded with his wife to change the contents and even the title of the book, presumably because he realized playing the blame-game is not befitting a potential world leader.

In his upcoming book, All Out War: The Plot to Destroy Trump, Edward Klein describes the scene in detail.

“‘Before Hillary sent the manuscript to her publisher, she gave it to Bill to read, and he made major changes with a red pencil,’ said a close Clinton family friend. ‘But she refused to even read his corrections, and he got so furious that he tossed the entire manuscript into the garbage,'” Klein writes.

Klein’s book continues, “‘He told her the book made her look bewildered, angry and confused, and that those were poor qualities in a person who aspired to be a world leader,’ the friend continued.” Adding. “‘He hated the title because calling it What Happened would only make people say, ‘You lost.’ He urged her to postpone the pub date and rewrite the book, but she yelled at him and said, ‘The book is finished and that’s how it’s going to be published.””

While Hillary Clinton could easily find fault with everyone around her, the former Secretary of State never considered that her own hubris was her downfall.

When Bill read What Happened, he tossed it into the trash. Is that where it belongs?

The same hubris that saw Hillary lash out at her husband for recommending changes to “What Happened” also cost her the election.

According to Klein, Bill Clinton was begging his wife to campaign in the Rust Belt states that she notoriously neglected. “She told him he was delusional,” Klein writes.

The Clinton presidential campaign did not consider it important to stop in states like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania — instead, assuming voters would fall in line. In fact, since the election, Hillary Clinton has spent more time promoting What Happened in Wisconsin than she spent campaigning there.
