Biden predicts food shortages will be ‘real,’ offers zero solutions to correct the issue

President Joe Biden and his administration have resorted to blaming Russia, once again, for virtually all of America’s economic crises.

According to Breitbart, perhaps one of the president’s most chilling warnings came this week as he appeared on the world stage while traveling around Europe, saying that he expects there to be food shortages all around the world, including in the U.S., yet failing to mention even a single line regarding a potential solution.

Biden, during the scary warning, seemed to run the bizarre new narrative we’ve heard as far as the problem arising as a result of the heavy sanctions placed on Russia, as if the rest of the world, including America, must somehow sacrifice for Ukraine.

“The price of these sanctions is not just imposed upon Russia; it’s imposed upon an awful lot of countries, as well. Including European countries and our country, as well,” Biden told the audience Thursday at a news conference.

“It’s gonna be real”

The president made a number of headlines during his trip to Europe this week, with most of those headlines coming in the form of gaffes — some of them even having national security implications.

But one of the most alarming was his food shortage prediction, as he told reporters plain and simple, “With regard to food shortages—yes, we did talk about food shortages, and, uh, and it’s gonna be real.”

Once again, the aging, confused president contradicted his own administration on the messaging, as White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki clearly stated recently that the administration does not expect food shortages in the U.S.

“While we’re not expecting a food shortage here at home, we do anticipate that higher energy, fertilizer, wheat, and corn prices could impact the price of growing and purchasing critical fuel supply, food supplies for countries around the world,” Psaki said.

What should we do?

Breitbart’s John Nolte sounded the alarm, as a food shortage would be a crisis unlike anything experienced in modern U.S. history, and he noted that if such a prediction is genuine, the U.S. government, and ever other civilized government around the world, should be taking immediate action right now.

“The first priority must be mobilizing efforts to ensure America can produce enough food to feed its own. Once that’s accomplished, we must do what we can to feed the world,” Nolte wrote.

Nolte added that there’s no reason why America should have such a potential problem, as not only do we produce plenty of core food materials, but we also have tens of millions of square miles of farmland not currently being used. The time for action, clearly, is now. Let’s just hope someone at the White House wakes the president for a few moments to let him know.
